Adjacent to the downtown Saint Michael Church is the Saint Joseph Chapel, where we can meet Jesus in the exposed Blessed Sacrament twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.  This is a rare privilege for any parish and one that we do not take lightly.

Sunday liturgy is central to the strengthening of the soul and the building up of the community, but this quiet time before our Savior provides something intangibly more. In the silence of Adoration we allow God to communicate with us.

We are strong as a parish because of the prayer of the people before this Sacrament. Through prayer in His presence we have confidence that He is a God of what others would call impossible. You are invited at any time of day or night to enter into this relationship with God and the community. Share in the building up of His Body in this powerful way simply by gazing upon His Real Presence.

Make a commitment to this form of prayer for your own sake, for the parish, and for the world. Continue the legacy of prayer that is passed on to us by those who are scheduled for an hour of prayer a week in the Chapel, of those who have moved away, or those who now seek a place in the Kingdom.
