Important Update!

Given the new statewide restrictions put in place for the next four weeks by Governor Inslee and the directives issued by Fr. Jim Lee, all in-person ministry at Saint Michael Parish will take place virtually beginning Tuesday, November 17 through Christmas.

Bible studies look to foster not only the “head-knowledge” of the Bible, but the very intimate “heart-knowledge” that comes from encountering God in His Word, His love letter to us.

All studies are in-progress for Fall. Please check back in January for new study opportunities!

Week 3: Be Watchful and Rely on God

This coming Sunday will be the first Sunday of Advent. Fr Mark Toups from Ascension Press reflects in this week’s video on Mary and Joseph and their marriage. He speaks of their identity as husband and a wife and their relationship as a married couple. They lived their lives at an amazing level of holiness, but this is something they could have not done on their own strength. Mary and Joseph had to rely on God just as much as you and I do. We all need to rely on God as we live out our yes to him, as we wait, when we are unsure of what to do or where to go next. We are not meant to live our lives on our own, God wants us to ask him for help.

Reflect: Where do you need help? What are you worried about? Where do you need to rely on God for help?
