At the Table – Begins Tonight!

When you think of heaven, what is it like? Who else is there and what do they look like? What language do people speak? Scripture paints a breathtaking picture of people from every nation, tribe, and tongue standing before the throne of God (Revelation 7:9). Unfortunately, many people experience discrimination because of these very differences.

Seating Chart: On the right, the image is a family portrait from 1862 in Beaufort, South Carolina. It depicts five generations of a family enslaved on the Smith plantation. On the left, the image depicts a mob of angry protestors at the State Capitol in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1959. The men and women gathered to protest the integration of nine black students into the local high school after Brown vs. Board of Education declared segregated schools to be unconstitutional.
