As our newly appointed Pastor, Fr. John-Patrick DePalma is responsible for the spiritual care of all souls within our geographic area and a pastoral vision to help us place God first in all things. Please feel free to contact Fr. John-Patrick with the link provided below.
Fr. Mamba is appointed by the archbishop to assist Fr. John-Patrick and to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
Fr. Simon was ordained in June 2026 and is appointed by the archbishop to assist Fr. John-Patrick and to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
Deacon John’s focus is on leading others to Christ through mission, particularly the Journey of the Heart mission to Juarez, MX.
Deacon Rob serves our community at and with anointings.
Chris assists the pastor and administers finance, personnel, team development, facilities, stewardship, communication, public relations, strategic work, & resource development.
Joe is a member of our facilities team and oversees our Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
David supervises our Facilities team and the care and maintenance of our facilities at two locations.
Alyson primarily accompanies children preparing to enter the Catholic Church (otherwise known as OCIC) and with our Roots Family program
Holly coordinates parish worship and prayer needs, overseeing the provision of quality liturgical seasonal celebrations and coordinating the work of the liturgy teams and committees as well as the work of the various liturgical ministers.
Teresa helps keep our facilities sparkly clean!
Corrine maintains the parish database, to include ministry volunteers, talent pools and meet-up groups. As Safe Environment Coordinator, she ensures compliance with the Archdiocesan Safe Environment Program requirements.
Melissa helps people encounter Christ through sung prayer. She shepherds the gifts of volunteers in the adult choirs, children’s choirs, orchestra, and contemporary band, as well as provides support for concerts and other music-related events.
Jaysen prayerfully leads the Life Teen Band and Life Teen Youth Band to prepare for weekend Masses, in addition to serving at parish retreats and events.
Michele supervises all Faith Formation and childcare teams. She also oversees programming of adult and family ministry, Christian initiation, and sacramental prep.
Jeremy makes sure things at SMP are clean and beautiful.
Kimmy oversees our large parish events and provides consultation for small events throughout the year.
Liz oversees the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, First Reconciliation, and First Eucharist.
Dana is responsible for the day to day operations of our Preschool-8th grade Catholic school.
Lydia provides administrative support to Fr. John-Patrick including appointment scheduling and facilitating email and written correspondence in addition to other tasks. Lydia also provides administrative support to parish staff as needed.
Bob assists the Steward for Music by directing choirs and leading rehearsals for Sunday Masses.
Bill helps to keep things clean and beautiful as part of our Facilities team.
Lauren coordinates and oversees the Confirmation program for teens in grades 6–12 and runs Life Teen, our high school ministry.
Georgie helps create opportunities for children to encounter Christ through faith-filled fun, friendship, and discovery. With a passion for sharing the Gospel with young hearts, she leads the planning and organization of VBS, bringing together volunteers, families, and parishioners to create a memorable experience rooted in faith.
Jessi is responsible for organizing and managing Small Faith Sharing Groups and Bible/Book studies. She also oversees our Young Adult ministry.
Laurie keeps track of all parish finances.
Amador focuses on caring for our grounds and landscaping at the downtown church, Westside Chapel, and Cemetery.
Kellie oversees the men’s shelter and other community outreach ministries.
Sandra works on all aspects of development of St. Michael Parish School as a ministry of the parish.
Benedetta coordinates Holy Communion to the Homebound and Anointing of the Sick, and facilitates faith-based support groups, plus other ministries.
Elizabeth runs our EDGE program, bringing middle school youth to Christ..
Mary is the Vice Principal at St. Michael Parish School.
Marriann accompanies those who discern a call to become Catholic by means of an apprenticeship in the Christian life (catechumenate) and preparation for the sacraments (OCIA).
John oversees the sights and sounds at Mass.
Steven helps to keep things clean and beautiful as part of our Facilities team.
Rachel overseas our baptism facilitators and runs our marriage preparation and marriage enrichment programs.
Rex maintains the website, bulletin, weekly email and social media platforms
